A former senatorial candidate of People’s Redemption Party (PRP) in Kaduna State, Hon Dr Muhammad Ali, has resigned his membership of the party to re-join the All Progressives Congress (APC).
In a letter signed by Hon Muhammad Ali on February 7, 2024 and addressed to the State PRP Chairman through Local Government Chairman, he expressed his pleasantries for the opportunities given to him to service for the period of time he spent as a member of the party.
According to the former Minority Leader of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, he disclosed that he has thoroughly enjoyed his time at the People’s Redemption Party (PRP) and he is very grateful for opportunities given to him and the experiences he gained during his membership at the party.
He said, “I have decided that it ‘s time to pursue new challenges as such I am writing to resign my membership of the PRP effective from today 7 February, 2024 and rejoin the All Progressives Congress (APC) a party I was instrumental to its formation and successes particularly in Kaduna State from inception.
“I look forward to any opportunity to maintain positive relationship with those Comrades that I got to know while in the PRP and wish you continued success in your endeavours. Once again, accept my sincere appreciation.” Hon. Ali said.
