The deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of Switzerland to Nigeria, Mr. Lukas Schifferle has commended the Ugwumba leadership centre for creating jobs for the teaming Nigerian youth and other financial assistance meant for youth development.
The envoy gave this commendation when the president of Ugwumba Leadership Center Ugwumba Uche Nwosu led a team of his foundation to the Swiss Embassy on a courtesy visit to the Embassy in Abuja.
Schifferle, who received the Foundation on behalf of the ambassador, also lauded the Foundation for its assistance to rural women and pledged to partner with the Centre to strengthen activities that will enhance the status of women and improve the youth in Nigeria.
Others who joined Chief Uche Nwosu for the partnership visit included; the director general, Remy Chukwunyere; advisory Board Member, Ismail Damcida and new programme manager, Morenike Olaniran.
