Kaduna   Committed  To  Mutually Beneficial Relationship With  Indonesian Govt – Uba Sani

Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani on Wednesday, assured the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Nigeria of the state’s commitment to a mutually beneficial relationship between the  state  and the Indonesian Government.

The governor stated this when he received the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Nigeria, H.E. Dr. AVM (Rtd) Usra Hendra Harahap who came to Government House in Kaduna. 

According to the governor, they are to explore areas of collaboration with Indonesian companies and state – owned enterprises in different sectors. 

“We had fruitful discussions on establishing a solid Indonesian presence in Kaduna State, attracting Indonesian Investors, and forging partnerships in the areas of education, mining, agriculture, health, renewable energy, textile development, infrastructure development, and tourism. 

“We are also seeking support for the development of our Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSMEs), as well as scholarship grants for prospective Kaduna students who are willing to study in Indonesia,” he said.

Governor Uba Sani thanked the Ambassador for his visit to Kaduna and assured him of their commitment to a mutually beneficial relationship between the Kaduna State Government and the Indonesian Government.

Meanwhile, Governor Uba Sani also hosted a delegation from the 10th National Assembly, led by the Rt. Honourable Speaker, Dr. Abbas Tajuddeen at the Chambers of Sir Kashim Ibrahim House. 

The delegation is in Kaduna on a sympathy visit over the tragic incident where school children were kidnapped in Kuriga Village.
