Katsîna Governor Reaffirms Support To Orphans, Less Privileged

Governor Dikko Umaru Radda of Katsina State has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment of continuous support to orphans and vulnerable groups in the state for prosperity.
Governor Dikko Radda stated this while hosting children of Katsina Orphanage Home on a Sallah homage in his office at General Muhammadu Buhari (Government) House, Katsina where he urged them to brace up and pay more attention on the pursue of both Islamic and western education
Governor Radda reiterated that, his government under All Progressives Congress (APC) would continue to give children desired care and protection.noting that, “hosting you at government house would make you feel the sense of belonging.
“Orphans are the best children expected to be hosted by all concerned citizens to make them happy and feel like all other children,” the Governor emphasized.
Speaking earlier the special Adviser to the Governor on Girl Child Education and Development, Hajiya Jamila Abdu Mani said the katsina orphanage home has about forty one children with some in Daura.
She expressed her gratitude to Governor Radda for his concern on the children at the orphanage home by providing four sets of clothes to each of the children. stressing that, “the gesture is unique in the history of Katsina State.”
