Adegoke To Nigerians:  Continue To Support, Pray For  Success Of Tinubu, Other Political Leaders

The Chairman of Solution 93.9 FM and the Aare-Onibon Balogun of Ibadan land, Chief Adegboyega Adegoke on Wednesday, called on  Nigerians to continue to support and pray for the success of President  Bola Tinubu and other political leaders in Nigeria

The Aare Onibon Balogun of Ibadanland made the call while supporting 200 widows with total sum of N5,000,000 at N25,000 per widow in the holy month of Ramadan and Lent.

He emphasised that there is the need for Nigerians to be patient with President Tinubu and  use this period of Ramadan and Lent to offer prayers for God to guide the political leaders aright so that the economy can bounce back.

Chief Adegoke maintained that both Islamic and Christianity religions teach their adherents to always support and pray for people in power and that this becomes necessary considering the fact that if the government performs well,  it will makes  the economy to be in good shape and all citizens will benefit from a sound economy.

“It is just to help humanity. We have done it before and we will continue doing it. I just feel like helping the needy. We should assist our mothers especially the widows during this Ramadan and Lent”, he said.

The Aare Onibon Balogun added, “People incur a lot of expenses during these period. Also, even before the Ramadan and Lent many people have been finding it difficult to feed themselves”. 

“During these period, it is expected that we take care of the needy and that was what facilitated the programme”.

He stressed that the prayer for the success of the governments at both the federal and State levels is very important especially during these holy periods.

A total of N5M at N25,000 per widow was disbursed at the brief ceremony, noting that the token given to widow has no political undertone with the beneficiaries praying for the safe protection of Chief Adegoke’s life and prayed for the progress of Solution FM.
