Oppression, Intimidation Reasons 16 Soldiers Were Killed In Delta Community – Video

Oppression and intimidation  are the reasons behind the killing of 16 soldiers in Oklahoma community in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State.

A trending video  coming out few days after the 16 soldiers were killed in Okwuma community while on peacekeeping mission over a communal clash or crisis between Okuama community and Okoloba community in Bomadi and Ughelli South local government areaa both in Delta State, South South Nigeria.

A young man suspected to be one of the perpetrators behind the killing of the 16 soldiers claiming to be a youth of one of the troubled communities, has revealed the reasons the 16 soldiers were killed in Okuama community in Delta State 

The young man who failed to mention his name in the video currently trading online, said, two troubled communities Okoloba and Okuama are having land dispute which led to fight (crisis) between both communities.

The young man whose name was not mentioned in the video, said, “this is my last video I will make over the fight between Okuama community and Okoloba community.” 

He  however, blamed the government and leaders for not calling both communities for settlement peacefully. 

“Nigeria as a country is not one to die for.

“The Ijaw people from Okuama community used army to carry three people from Okoloba community and killed them. The three people were all slaughtered.

“The Federal Government gave some people power to do bunkering and after doing the bunkering the army followed and guided them to sell the product. They betrayed their brothers and their own blood.”

” The man in charge of the bunkering uses the soldiers to take away three persons from his community. The three persons were killed and slaughtered.

“The 16 soldiers were killed when they came to take away our community leaders and the youth knew that when they take them (the community leaders) away, they community  will be powerless.

“And that was the reason the 16 soldiers were attacked. 

“My father was a retired Army Captain who died last year. I have lost six of my people to the fight between Okuama community and Okoloba community.

“The Federal Government can declare me wanted after making this video.” He added.

It would be recalled  that three persons in connection with the killings of the 16 soldiers have been arrested and taken to the military headquarters Abuja and more efforts are ongoing to capture the perpetrators of this evil act.
