Governor Dikko Umaru Radda of Katsina State has said that, security of lives and properties in the state in recent days has improved tremendously.
“This proved that our prayers during the month of Ramadan were answered,” Governor Radda disclosed while addressing Newsmen after he attended the Eidl Fitr Congregational prayer in Batagarawa town, headquarters of Batagarawa Local Government Area of the state.
Governor Dikko Radda thanked people of Katsina state for their prayers on peace and economic prosperity across the 34 local government areas in the state and the country in general.
He pleaded for more prayers and cooperation toward building the state and ending the menace of security challenges.reassuring his administration total commitment toward development of the state.
Governor Dikko Umaru Radda congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the entire Muslims in the country for the important day marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan and great celebration of Eidl Fitr.” May Almighty ALLAH restore peace in Katsina state and Nigeria,” he added.
Governor Dikko Umaru Radda was in company of his Deputy Faruq Lawal Jobe, Secretary to the Government of the state, Barrister Abdullahi Garba Faskari, Chief of Staff Government House and with some members of the state executive council.
The two rakaat Eid prayer which attracted large turn out of Muslims was led Imam Adam Husain.
