The Association of Kano Online Journalists (ASKOJ) has congratulated Muslim Ummah on Holy Month of Ramadan 2024, beginning on Monday.
While felicitating Muslims for another opportunity to witness the sacred month, Chairman of ASKOJ, Yakubu Salisu, offered prayers for blessings and spiritual growth of fasting Ummah.
A statement signed by its Assistant Secretary, Hadiza Musa, made available on Monday, further urged Muslims to seek Allah’s intervention against economic hardship facing citizens across the country.
“As we commenced Ramadan, ASKOJ offers heartfelt greetings to people of Kano and Muslims worldwide.
“May this Ramadan be a time for profound reflection, spiritual renewal, and acts of charity.
“May this Ramadan bring forth peace, prosperity, and an alleviation of the hardships we face as a nation. We wish everyone a blessed and rewarding Ramadan Kareem,” it said.
