Sequel to Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani’s inspection of the ongoing construction of mass housing for the less privileged at Millennium City, Kaduna under the Qatar Sanabil Project.
Governor Uba Sani had a meeting with the Country Director of Qatar Charity, Mr. Abdu Hamdi to share thoughts with him on the progress so far made and preparations for the commencement of the other projects.
Mr. Abdul Hamdi expressed the commitment of Qatar Charity to the full implementation of the Qatar Sanabil Project.
He also assured that the pace of work will be quickened.
Under the Qatar Sanabil Project, a Mass Housing Project for the Less Privileged is being undertaken. Apart from houses, there will also be clinics, shops, poultry farms, and farmlands for rainy season and irrigation farming.
The flagship project under the Qatar Sanabil Project however is the Kaduna Economic City.
Governor Uba said, when completed, the economic city will provide world class infrastructure and make Kaduna a reference point in modern accommodation, adequate security and conducive atmosphere for business activities.
